q45 TPS questions

I've searched the forum for threads on this topic but since the search terms are 3 characters it's hard to pull anything up. I installed a different q45 throttle body on my car and the old q45 tps will not work. The issue is that the throttle shaft spins the opposite way from the direction of the TPS. If you look at the back of the TPS there is an arrow indicating it needs to spin counter clockwise but the TPS shaft spins clockwise. As you can imagine this poses a problem.

What Nissan 5v tps spins clockwise that will work on the q45 throttle shaft? I've only found that an rb20 tps that spins clockwise and can't find the part number for the correct q45 tps. Does anyone have the part number for the correct q45 one?
