240 SX Running Very Hard

Can anyone help me out here? I have a 240 sx and I think it's running hard, can someone help me diagnose whats wrong with this?

Came across this car in The Bahamas that's going for 2,000 wanted to know what the possible problems could be based on the sound before purchasing.

I don't see or hear anything that signals its running bad. It just sounds like it has the stock fan, which makes it very loud. Why do you think its running hard? Give us a little more details. It sounded like it idles well.

What does 'running hard' mean?

Probably a idle issue that doesnt let the car idle high from the sounds of how much throttle hes giving it just to barely run. Its probably a cracked hose or an Iacv issue but it still shouldnt run that ruff. That or a fuel issue and its not getting enough fuel, could be fuel pump or filter or injectors. A lot of different possibilities.
