Ever since I first got the swap done, I have had a small misfire. It was never bad, just a slight hesitation. Now fast foward to todays time. After a new turbo and headgasket change, the car hesitates alot. The misfire is much worse. Rev's ok, but stutters around 2500 until it reaches around 3300 then it clears up for the rest of the range. Afr at idle is around 13 warm pulling -15 vac. This is all sitting in neutral. Driving it acts ok, stalls about every other stop sign, No sign of it coming just clutch in and the car dies. Cruising afr is around 12-13 as well. If you get on it it maxes my gauge out at 10.0 and stays there even in boost.

My setup is as follows.
s13 redtop, rs enthalpy tune, holset hy35, ls2 coils, cosworth headgasket, tomei poncams, z32 maf, ras, synapse bov recirculated, front mount, exhaust, etc.

Things I have tried with no luck.
Boost leak test- found nothing. Put motor tdc and boost would slowly leak out the valve cover T. I'm assuming it's after it pressurized the whole motor.
Injectors- Pulled the rail, all fired normal and none were leaking.
Tps- .45-4.12 voltage range with no spikes
Maf- 1.32v at idle. car barely runs with it unplugged. Tried spacing it further from the turbo and it ran worse. Currently 8 in away from turbo. Put in a 6 in spacer.
Cts- tested good, forgot the resistance.
Iacv- recieving 14v at idle.
Knock sensor- getting 5v. No change in car with unplugged
All new vac lines- no change with brake cleaner sprayed on every joint.
Timing- locked onto 20 degrees as rs enthalpy stated to set it at.
Coils- swapped all 4 for a different set. All getting 14v at idle.
Compression- all between 160-165
pcv valve- working order

I've checked everything I can possibly think of to check. The main oddballs I have come across have been with the maf.
Car is throwing code 12-21-34. I think 12 and 34 are because I was unplugging stuff. Tried resetting ecu last night and have the same codes today.

Checked my fuel pressure.
48 psi with vac unplugged
40 with it plugged in.
A tad high. Going to look for a new one. Still shouldn't cause all the issues I'm having.
