My greddy Intake manifold is "high port" so its 70mm.
I bought an aftermarket tb that is 73mm.
Do you guys think its worth porting the flange on the intake manifold?
There is basically a 3mm step lip.

Im going to be running around 19psi, on a sr20det with a gt2867r.

Everything is already hooked up. If its only going to make a 3hp difference than id rather not take anything apart

It is not going to make a single difference at that pressure.

Actually, the only thing you are going to "gain" is a lack of low end power due to the mani, and a loss in throttle resolution (there won't be a difference in flow between say 85% open and 100% open ) due to the bigger throttle body diameter.

If you have a 3mm difference in diameter, that is more a 1.5mm lip ;)

Yep I agree, completely unnecessary additions to an engine that will serve only to reduce the driver's ability to control the engine and makes fuel economy and drivability worse.
