Hello,
I was wondering if any of you are running the same setup as me for fuel delivery. I'm using the AEM fuel rail and ID1000s with 11mm top hats (blue ones). My issue is with the bottom O-ring. I can't for the life of me get the injectors to seat in the KA24DE manifold using the green O-rings supplied for the bottom of the injector. I called the manufacturer and initially they told me that it should fit but eventually told me to use the larger black O-rings that came in the kit. They are compression O-rings and are suppose to create a seal as you tighten down the fuel rail. Also, do I need the larger rubber seals that sit in the manifold that the stock injectors used? I'm just trying to confirm the right way of doing this. The fuel system is no joke and can get pretty scary when things go wrong.
Thanks in advance for your input on this!
