I am confused on which line is supposed to control vacuum for my blow off valve, it is not going off so I believe I have it incorrect. If anyone can give me a list of what they all are, and which are which I will gladly send over some money right now. Thank you very much for any and all help.

1 and 6 aren't needed I believe they are for coolant. 3, 4, and 5 probably should be capped. I believe 5 is a boost only reference. If number 2 is a vacuum line, that can be left alone as it should get the signal after the throttle body plate.
Hook up the bov to a line that has vacuum even with the throttle plate closed.

Somewhere, either the tb or iacv, there are coolant lines that need to be hooked up, or the engine will idle too high when the engine warms up, because there is a wax element that changes shape to adjust idle speed once the coolant warms up.

Got the blow off valve working, not sure if it's adjusted properly but that's the next step. Really not as loud as it should be but I also don't have an exhaust on it at the moment.

Your bypass should be on the hot-side, as close to the compressor as possible, set to be as loose as possible, such that it hangs open at idle, to promote wheel speed during idle and prevent the compressor from buffeting the maf wire. It should also be recirculated on a maf car to prevent possible engine damage due to fuel spikes.
