RB20 Red Top MAF Help

Hey guys. I have a 88 Fairlady 200ZR here in the states and it has been running like crap falling on its face while driving. Took multiple cranks to start up as well. My nissan guy took it for a week and determined it needs a maf. I am having a hell of a time to trying to find one here in the states.

Does any one have good knowledge of the red top motors and know what will work or what I can do for a rewire?

Any help is appreciated.

I think you can rewire a n62 maf to work. I know that you can with silvertops. I don't know if there's much of a difference with red tops.
