Sr20 issues

I've got a black top in my s13. I've got a stock e5 ecu stock injectors and red top maf. The car is backfiring and bogging under 0.5-0.7 psi in every gear. I tested the maf for voltage today and I'm getting the 12v on the power wire but the signal wire is only getting like 2v at most. What is stumping me is my gauges were working and now all the sudden won't work. The led light on the ecu won't work either so idk what to do. Anyone else have these problems

First of all your boost gauge is probably in bar not psi, so there is a big difference between .5bar and .7bar and if it is truly in psi .5 and.7psi is so low i'd suspect a major boost leak.
Timing would be pulled and a plethora of other issues are probably present. If the ecu doesn't work properly start there, why it controls you engine. So that means wiring as well.
