What's a s13 sr20det usually run for oil pressure. When I get off the gas or the second between shifts my oil pressure gauge drops low

at idle it should be 78 psi

at 3200 rpm it should be 314-392 psi

my bad i typed the wrong units it should be 11psi at idle and 46-57psi at 3,200 also depends on what weight oil he is running.

You will likely notice a rapid drop while shifting, that is normal coming from high rpm's as your rpm's drop rapidly.
