I would not buy fenders from extreme dimensions. I have seen multiple sets not even come close to fitting. This goes for Jordan Innovations too, do not buy from these guys if you want quality body parts or any customer service at all. Save the money and get a set of b magic or origin.

My Extreme Dimension fenders were garbage. My Origin fenders fit like a glove.

My ED fenders were so bad. I couldn't even get them to fit with a heat gun and tons of work. Also if you have an aftermarket front bumper or a front lip, it won't fit because the space in front of the wheels on ED fenders are too short. Don't buy them, huge waste of money.

Awesome. Thanks gents. I was originally looking at origin fenders but hadn't read enough about them. Planning on getting a vertex lang stylish front bumper to go with them. Do you think the two different brands will cause fitment issues?

Unless you know how to body work, spend the money up front.
I have extreme dimensions s13.5 conversion fenders. One fender fit, the other needed excess around the mounting tabs ground out.
One of the fenders was obviously out of a shittier mold I expect has been raped for the last century.
Low spots every where, poor alignment with headlight up front, grooves along the hood line. Just absolutely horrible quality.

My Origin fenders didn't even fit correctly, so don't assume that even "name brand" stuff is going to be perfect either.

It all boils down to how picky you are on quality and fitment.

I had that same kit and it didn't fit on the Duraflex fenders (that was one of many issues with those fenders) however it fit great on my Origin fenders. Of course, neither pair fit perfect, but the Origins fit WAY nicer and the Duraflex didn't even come close to fitting properly.

This!... I hear everyone saying don't do it only buy quality. Whereas I agree with them I bought some "knockoff" widebody from AIT and its not horrible, pretty durable, and fitment took a little bit of work but no more than any other widebody I've encountered, like even my buddies origin needed a tad bit of tweaking. If you're looking to save money perhaps don't go bottom of the barrel with ED but maybe checkout AIT. Another option is do what my buddy did and buy someone's damaged origins and fix them. When owning fiberglass aero or widebody you're gonna break it sooner or later so why not just learn how to fix it now and you can usually find someone selling some cracked quality fenders on the cheap.

not really, that's where my issue is. even fewer that I like. i have no problem spending a bit, just don't know which brands work well with which. I KNOW I'm going to run a Vertex lang front bumper, just not familiar with the brands as im new to body kit world. So here's what my plans are for the car:

Vertex lang stylish bumper
origin lab +20 fronts
origin +50 overs in the rear (maybe +55s)
navan skirts and rear valences

I know right? once again finding skirts and rear bumpers that don't look like snow shovels is an issue with wide bodies. also, a buddy of mine is working on splitters for s14s, and I saw a jdm kouki with something similar to what I'm trying to do with splitters and it looked pretty good. Well to me at least lol. but good skirts all cost about the same (minus vertex) so I figured id go with what I like best.

ALL aftermarket aero will need some form of work applied to make them fit perfect.

it all comes down to how much time is needed to spend on it.

some parts need less work, others need a lot. the cheaper ones usually need more.

Sorry it doesn't show the whole thing just a pic I snapped tonight. Couple hours of fitting, sanding/primer. Still needs a third round of primer, one of the mounting tabs at the top by the door broke off (shitty excess I had to trim to get it to initially fit caused it to be weak) door gap is mediocre, wheel sits too far forward. Bracket must be made to push the front of the fender off the wheel or it will break like last time while turning

Its fiberglass. There will always be work needed to fit and install them.

With origin, dmax, b-magic and other quality brands you just have to work them less.

I have genuine origin fronts and rear fenders, and I'm not happy with them. Air pockets in the gel coat, thin spots in the FG, etc. Its part for the course, and I'm incredibly picky with my cars. I bought +20mm front fenders, +30mm tatakadasi rears. I have 17x9 et17 wheels all the way around, and I can't run the alignment I like with a stock body and those wheels. And my tire consumption rate is way too fuckin high.

I would stay OE metal, but I need the FG fenders front and back so I can dial out as much camber as I can. I have extended FLCA's, and turn in with -5.5* of camber is awful. Trying to get to -4.5 up front, and as close to 0* camber and toe out back.

Stay OEM metal if you can.

I bought the origin 40mm front fenders and I did have to shave the bottom a bit to make the fender flush with the door but that was about it as far as fitting goes. I did notice some minor flaws near the corner area closest to the door where the FG had some waves but it was pretty small.

I can only imagine how much interest there would be if the fenders didn't have the vent or came in OE size. Everyone and their mom would get them no matter the fitment.
I have to reconsider my career choices now, I could be a millionaire if I did this ;)

^^^I hate that those Origin fenders aren't available for the Zenki. As for the vent though, I saw an S13 at some Japan car meet that used some interesting color blocking to make the vents look cooler and less out of place.

well the thing was, it would be cheaper for me to get new fenders than have mine stripped and prepped and panted (at least what my painter said). and I already have buyers lined up out the ass for my front end. My paint guy is absolutely amazing, so I'm sure he won't have any problem getting them to work. I'm on the fence now between origin or D max (need to look around more). and I'm planning on running at least a 285 tired on 17x9.5s in the rear for traction, I was originally going to leave the fronts, but said fuq it. might as well go big.
