Hey yall.

So in the last little while I have basically done a full servicing on my S15. All the belts, new rad, oils, coolant, all turbo gaskets (using stock T28 BB) oil and coolant lines, rocker arm stoppers, crank/front main seal, valve cover+spark plug gasket, etc.

Only real issue in start up other than a bit of a squeak from the belt area was a small leak from the oil feed. I am using DIF lines for an S14, with the smaller restrictor since I have an S15 with ball bearing turbo, and for the initial start up I was using an OEM Nissan Copper Eye gasket on the oil feed banjo bolt/oil supply nipple rather than the two washers in the DIF kit.

I tightened everything and the leak got smaller, then I disassembled all the piping used the two copper washers that DIF supplies. I snugged everything up and reassembled, and started again. The leak is now VERY small but still a persistent drop every 30 seconds-1 minute. Very very minute but nonetheless...what should be my next course of action? I used no teflon tape/thread sealant on the oil/coolant lines for concern of teflon tape gunk up, or heat reacting to a thread locker. The threads on the oil feed banjo bolt going into the block look and feel really good. I can thread the bolt in by hand. I just didn't really crank it down for fear of stripping the aluminum threads.

I'm thinking either the oil feed line is faulty, the banjo bolt needs a thread sealant/teflon tape, or it needs to be torqued down harder. Any suggestions before I dig into it again?

Thanks.
