where is CTS on CA18?

I have this 88 silvia with CA18 DE, im trying to find the CTS that controls the gauge on the cluster. I see a sensor that looks near the thermostat housing, its a 2 wire sensor. isn't the CTS for the gauge a 1 wire and the ecu CTS a 2 wire? does the CA18 only use that one sensor with 2 wires?

The two pin is the CTS sensor Im pretty sure it is yellow on the CA18DE, the temp sensor for the guage cluster should be right next to it and only has one terminal for a spade connector.
