Rb25 was limping a lot recently, changed the MAF Sensor with a (300zx) or (Titan). Was told since it is not the stock MAF it might need to tune ? Is this correct info ?

yes you will need a tune, at the min a SAFC to amplify the MAF signal for the stock ECU.
Now, if you double the flow of the injectors technically you wouldn't need a tune. That is if you have a 300zx maf. However that's a bad idea to drive like that unless in an emergency or to drive too a tuner.

Thanks ! Would I have to take it to a performance tuner or just any ?

Cant tune a rb25 r33 ecu. Just go put a j or e60 back on. Pink label e60s are all over the junk yards.

Hey guys don't mean to hi jack this thread but I currently have my rb25 with a sacf, did a tune with my buddy for drive ability and wot got it at 14.5-15.6 crusing and no more than 11.7 on boost but sometimes it runs properly and sometimes it goes completely lean and on idle starts to flutter between 700 and 1k. checked and no vaccum leaks.
