So ive recently noticed that my radiator hoses are swelling. Ive kinda heard mixed things about this, maybe head gasket is bad, or is my water pump failing?
Im bleeding my radiator in the morning to make sure.
Any suggestions?

you know what a radiator cap is, and what its purpose is?
better check your coolant pressure... BRO

Do they swell after/during driving? is your lower coolant hose cold? Could be thermostat, clog in system, air in system, bad water pump

The cooling system is supposed to build pressure, the hoses will get hard. If the pressure gets to high the cap is supposed to vent.
If you believe the headgasket is the cause, they have test for that. If you believe the water pump is failing, there should be proof. Bleeding the system isn't going to remedy the swelling issue. All you really have to do is bleed out 80-90% of the air, basically putting fluid behind the thermostat the remaining air is bled through the cap.
