Rb25det build questions

I am about to build an rb25det from the ground up and I want to do this right one time. I have had the 20 for a couple years, but I just torched the bearings and found a deal on long block and the guy threw in a brand new bare block. Anyway I am looking for some advice and I have dug though a lot of random material in search of some good information. If anyone could direct me where to find the answer to these for few questions or might know off hand I can appreciate any info given.

What is the stock thickness of the headgasket on the rb25det?

Also I will go cometic, so should I go a little thicker or thinner and what bore specification should I go with if I am keeping stock pistons?

And lastly I am going to get arp studs. Will any of the torque figures change when I am using the head studs with the cometic gasket and is there any risk in the hardness difference in these head studs as opposed to the stock head studs?

Agreed. Don't use Cometic. I have one and it works fine now, but you have to basically polish the head and block surfaces for it to seal properly. Get a Cosworth or Japanese aftermarket brand.

i've never had issue with my Cometic, however i followed there instructions of having a 50 or finer RA..
