Alright so I have been battling a lean issue with my car. driving and wot is fine but idling and cruising it maxes out my afr gauge over 18.

Today i checked my tps its ohms was 1.1 closed and 10.2 open
Checked my voltage and it was at .38 so i adjusted it to .45
After I have done that the car runs like poo. Leans out super fast at idle stumbles when i touch the gas and idles at 2k. Also the idle seems to move around 100 rpm or so just fluctuating. Not even going to try to drive it. Is this a sign of a bad tps? Seems .07 volts wouldnt cause it to completely be different.

The TPS closed voltage setting is 0.45V max, so 0.38V is fine. Did you adjust the TPS by rotating the sensor? Hopefully you didn't move the throttle stop.

Also check the TPS voltage throughout the throttle travel to see if it changes smoothly.
