Am I running my turbo SS lines right?

I picked up some circuit sports stainless lines however I hope I have these run right before i tighten them all down and reinstall everything. I have a s13 t25 but picked up an s14 water neck to run these lines since i eliminated my heater.

I swapped the hose lengths and believe this may be a better way to run it. still not completely sure though

On my car, the wastegate side coolant line runs to the water neck. but that is the OEM line, which snakes behind the turbo. It doesn't matter which one goes where, only how clean it looks, and easy to access matters.

warm water flows up, so if your turbo center assembly has a slight angle, you want to have the port thats higher to be the warm water outlet.
This way even if you have turned off the engine the water will continue to flow through the turbo and cool it.
