I've searched but am looking for a very specific setup. I run my car for dirt track oval racing and what I want is more power coming out of the corner. I'll be in 3rd gear the whole race and coming out of the corner it's a little boggy.
I have a stock top end s14. 232/232 right now. Only wanting to swap with other stock ka cams to keep the $ down.
Suggestions please on a set up?

Maybe gearing down your rear end, so you higher in the power band.
here is a link for cam info:

your already near 100% VE there is no camshaft on the planet that is going to "supercharge" your volumetric efficiency. If you want more VE you need boost. Other options are insane but include tuned runners, which might grab you an extra 4-6%.
better options include lighter weight rotating parts, and as was mentioned gears.
some ideas
titanium retainers
lightweight flywheel
lightweight driveshaft
lightweight wheels
lightweight rotors
removing material from the vehicle
lightweight pulleys
disable pulleys
electric water pump / PS pump
bigger engine is your best friend if you wish to stay N/A

Those are good ideas, thanks. But from my readings on here a 248/248 moves the power band up to high? Does that sound right?
I tried running the car in second with 65 profile tires on but found I still redline to soon and the tires still spin on the dirt. So I got 50 profile tire and run in 3rd gear. Better but just looking for a bit more kick out of the corner.
Thanks

You look like you seriously have more traction issues than power issues. Gear down to a 4.3 and that'll put you higher in the revs but really the sweet spot, stock, feels like 2000-4500 rpm then everything just dies. If you wanted to flatten the power band you could widen the LSA of the cams you have, but I don't know if that's allowable per your class rules. Check my thread, maybe it'll help.
