S13 Blacktop SR bogs and dies under load

so I have an s13 with a blacktop with z32 and safc and that's it really for mods. I can the it just fine but when I start to go unless I use very little throttle it bogs out and dies. I've tried different coils igniter ecu maf unplugged the safc and no change. I'm really just kind of stuck. Thanks for the help in advance!

By any chance did u mess with any fuel lines or run out of gas??

I just put a new fuel pump in it and a fpr from a known working s13 and I haven't touched the fuel lines
