Sr20det won't start without starting fluid

So my sr20det redtop won't start without starting fluid, but when started idling and revving fine..

All plugs firing..
Fuel on regulator 38psi
Ecu mines
Safc 2
No fuses blown all relays in tact..
I pulled the fuel lines from the rail and I'm getting gd pressure full a carib bottle in 2-3 sec
When started it idles abt 1200 rpm then down to abt 750-800rpm
It starts back on its own with feathering the throttle and tumbles abt 4 times before starting

I got into an accident,when car was repaired and engine put back in this started happening..

Check the start wire at the ecu. pin 34, orange wire. From ecu to start switch
