wow. you need to
A: consult a real mechanic
B: brush up on your grammar and punctuation so we can actually understand what you are talking about
C: just go jumper some wires and see if that works :smh:

You shouldn't have to hotwire your fuel pump to get it to turn over, click HERE (http://www.ka-t.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=59949) for a tutorial on how to do it.
Although a worthy modification, I don't think that will solve your starting issues. Are you sure the basics are covered? Fuel pump fuse?
Edit: And how is this related to a 5 speed swap? haha

where the fuck is saginaw, texas?
i mean, do you guys have schools there? look at the grammar on this one
Was the car auto before? Check neutral safety switch.. Is your fuel pump getting power? If not check fuses and relay as well.

Hello arty thanks for your Reply in a good way not like other People but I checked all fuses and relays
It was a automatic I did a 5 speed swap
I fallowed this steps and videos on YouTube
http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/automatic-transmission-manual-swap.html
And the fuel pump was bad so I changed it
Today I worked on it and like I sed there's brown fuel in the spark plugs so I don't know what to do I'm just going to take the spark plugs out and turn the engine on so I can burn some fuel but I'm going to disconnect the fuel fuse first and thanks arty for the reply

Yea it could be something simple like the neutral safety switch.. As for brown fuel you kinda lost me not unless your leaking oil from your valve cover and its mixing with the fuel.
Good luck!
