Ok - Emissions stuff all gone and wanting to make sure this thing is set straight before tossing it back in the car
Engine: S14 KA24DE with S13 intake manifold
Car: 1991 Hatchback
Problems:
FPR not hooked up
Butterfly Valves not hooked up
FPR Line:

From what I understand, the FPR just needs a vacuum source from the intake manifold. If that's the case, is this line a safe line to use?

Not the larger bottom line, that goes back to the brake booster, but the one just above it coming off the rear of the intake manifold
The second question is the butterfly valves; they haven't been deleted however the default positioning for them is "open" so I haven't been too worried about them. I'm not sure how these work by default but I'd like to keep them for the little bit of low end they will provide. Can I just hook them up to a vacuum source and have them working?
Thanks for any help, I'd be glad to expand on any info as needed!
