I'm getting some interesting codes from the ECU. I just finished an engine swap and didn't throw codes idling while I was filling coolant/testing/etc. I'll be driving fine for some amount of time, then all of a sudden I get a CEL in my OBD1 KA24 (Early 1995.) These codes are for 37 - Closed loop control/Front O2 sensor, 43 - Throttle Position Sensor, and 82 - Crankshaft position sensor. Today, it also threw 77 - Rear O2 sensor.

Looking through the FSM I read that all of these codes can be caused by an open/shorted sensor circuit. (Is the "sensor circuit" mentioned in the FSM the same circuit; would a single bad spot in the harness cause them all to be thrown?) I'm trying to figure out of these are related (harness problem) or each individual code is it's own problem. It just seems strange that I'll be driving fine then all of a sudden they're all thrown at once.

How should I proceed? I am ready to go KA-T but want to get my engine running 100% before I go turbo.

I should also note that in my engine swap I had a short wire that was an eyelet (for a ground?) on one end and a connection on the other that I couldn't find a connector for on the harness. I ended up leaving it disconnected and now cannot find said wire.

Many thanks in advance, I love and hate this magnificent piece of shit.

Looking through the FSM I found this diagram. This ground could potentially explain 3 of the 4 codes? Is this probable?

Also looking at my front O2 sensor, it has 4 wires on it, one is obviously connected to the harness, two are cut at the O2 sensor, and one has a length of wire soldered/heatshrinked and a spade connector on the end of it that's hanging loose in the bay.

Bump please, this issue keeps happening and I have no ideas.
