ok so i'm installing id1000cc inj on my s13 sr20det
purchased a circuit sports top feed fuel rail (i know i know....)
and i have a isis greddy style intake manifold (i know i know...)

first: i removed the (green) o ring the injectors came with
and slipped on the black more square ring that came with the fuel rail

i'm pretty sure that part is right as it fits perfect in the aluminum spacer

second: i ordered the injectors with the 11mm adpater because thats what the rail calls for
my question is if it sits all the way into the rail like so

and last: the manifold spacer. if fits snug in two of the ports, but in the other two not so much.

anything i can do so that i won't have a leak? source another ring or thicker ring? or throw my manifold into the deepest darkest ocean and buy a greddy one?

any and all input is much appreciated.

1st pic:
Does that o-ring/spacer fit into the spot where the green o-ring was? It fits in that groove 100%? It looks like it does but I'm just making sure. As long as it sits nice against the metal body of the injector and against the plastic o-ring holder, it should be ok.

If the plastic o-ring keeper is making the black o-ring bow out, you might have a problem.

This is what Greddy expected you to use with the fuel rail/manifold combination (Greddy Injectors.) (http://thumbs3.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/m2TV2pR_4K5AkQ8apQLtzWg.jpg) You can see how the o-ring sits against the metal body then would be pressed down into manifold spacer. So that black plastic bit on the end of your injectors might make a problem if it's warping the o-ring. Probably best to just ask ID and show them those pics.

2nd pic:
I'm not sure how far the those injectors go into the rail. But the injector should be pretty snug in there. It shouldn't be very easy to pull out (unless you lubed the o-ring.)

3rd pic:
This is kinda hard to diagnose. Might just have to try it out.

yes it does. the first pic the injector on the right has it on and it sits very snug on the body of the injector. it also fits very snug inside the aluminum spacer.
i did lube them but they do fit snug. i will install them tomorrow and slowly tighten the fuel rail.
