I've been looking all over for some info on this & I cannot find anything.

Problem: When it's hot outside the car has a hard time starting and it takes 2-3 turns of the ignition. The car will finally turn over and will have a rough idle for 5 or so seconds and then acts completely normal.

If it's cold out or I have the car in the shade it starts normally.

Anyone have this symptom before?
FPR? Injectors? Vacuum? Fuel Filter?

EDIT: UPDATED WITH VIDEO
I'm starting to think maybe it's something with timing possibly.
I've been busy with work & haven't had time to mess with it.

Here's a video (couldn't get Zilvia to embed the video)

Try finding a FSM. Go to section EC and go to page 66 if I'm correct. Its somewhere in the area. I know this because I had the same problem. Funny thing is I had both it was hard to start in the morning and sometimes hard to start when it was hot.

My first car had a starting issue when it got hot out, I never figured it out. it had a cut exhaust and stock ka24e. nothing modded.

A phenomena to this day.
