S13 SR20DET PCV check valve?

Hey guys I am transplanting a S13 Silvia SR20DET into my Locost 7. Just a quick question. Is there supposed to be a one way valve in the vacuum line between the PCV valve and the intake manifold. I found a one way valve in a hose, but I think it is for the brake booster?? (My car has manual brakes).
