I'll try to summarize my problem as best as possible
S13 KA24DE
is 5 speed but engine is swapped from an auto car

Occasionally, most often when warmed up, the car will hesitate. Sometimes it's like a cylinder misfire and just bumps and lacks torque, but other times it goes full engine cut, even with the throttle depressed. Engine doesn't stall, just asks as if I lifted the throttle. Usually can fix it by revving/downshifting, but often comes back in the next gear. Problem is intermittent, used to happen every time driving, then went away for a few weeks, then it came back Friday night, but very hard, I could barely drive the car.
So far I've replaced:
Fuel filter
Cap&rotor
Fuel pump strainer sock
Did timing
replaced coil
cleaned MAF with MAF cleaner
looked for vac leaks and checked grounds

So I just went to check the TPS this weekend, Using http://forums.nicoclub.com/ka24de-checking-tps-and-adjusting-idle-t161700.html

I stopped when my car's OHMS were not only very off, but went in the wrong direction when adjusting the throttle.
I need to learn better how to test the TPS but could this be the problem?
Also, the TPS is, I believe, different between manual and auto (according to S14 FSM, that might make it different), and according to that, my car does have the extra plug. Now looking at the S13 FSM, it doesn't have an image for 2 different TPS's. however the plug circled in blue is not plugged in and I don't see a plug for it. I was doing the tests on the plug in red.
Do I get a new TPS or do I need to provide more info?

I also think it could possibly be the coil wire. The wires are in decent condition but you never know. Maybe a MAF? fuck this is getting old.

Know anyone that could let you swap out their MAF to test with?

I might be buying a new MAF but I think it's tps. I'm also gonna try a coil wire too.

Alright I need help now.
Tested for volts (which is fucking retarded that the FSM is wrong because now every writeup is contradicting) and I got a little more than 2v between the white and black connectors, where it should be around .45v. Went to adjust it and it only adjusts like a .25v margin. Does this mean shot TPS? I need help asap.
