Passenger rear caliper locks

Ok so i have a 95 240 base model that would lock the right rear caliper. I decided on doing a brake conversion so i went r33 brakes, after changing calipers, rotors, ss brake lines, z32 bmc and bleeding, the passenger rear caliper is still locking. What could be the problem? It has new brake fluid, New ss brake lines

Possibly clogged line.

Fluid was running perfectly fine when I was pumping the brakes with the line (that goes to the caliper) was off

It can't be but a couple of things. Master cylinder, clogged line,...try readjusting the e-brake cables?
