redtop with missfire/stutter

So i have a redtop sr20det that is has a missfire or stutter that i cant seem to figure out.

When the car is cold its hard to tell that its there. As the car warms up it seems to get worse. At idle its there but if i hold the throttle at 1500~ rmp its pretty bad.

If the car is in gear/driving down the road there is no hesitation or any problem at all. Its only when the car sits in place.
I have replaced sparkplugs but im not sure the best way to proceed.

Also interested - bump for more help! I have a type x black top that smells super rich at idle, has slight misfire and will drop to 500rpm bounce back to 1500 and drop. Will do that a couple times and end up sitting at 900 and runs rough. With load it runs perfectly fine. Feels like it's just running stupid rich but I'm not sure why.

Could be alot of stuff. Have you changed the plugs, checked the timing, checked the plug wires, could be a bad coilpack, not getting enough fuel, partially clogged injector etc.

I ordered a new o2 sensor. Plugs only have 1k on em - but that's the plan for tonight is to inspect em. Also going to check fuel pressure and test regulator.
