Ok, So the engine has been sitting for about a year, I replaced the headgasket. and got it all together.
I ran a compression test, and No1. was 45 at first, than I ran 23and4 and they where 120 across the board. So I went back to no1, and it went up to 75 without doing anything to it. than tried the oil trick and it went to 100..
What could be causing this,?

headers are not hooked up., could that be the culprit on no1.?

It could be carbon sticking up the valves. It could be a bad piston ring. What I notice is your numbers are quite low, even on "good" cylinders. You either had the throttle body closed, or the starter was weak (low battery) or you had the plugs in the other cylinders during the test, or a combination of those.
