Ok heres the deal I have a fully built SR20 with 270/270 cams and not enough cash for a turbo. All I have is the stock T25. Has any one ran a T25 with this cam setup? This is only temporary until I can get the cash for a 30.

^^It won't provided it's tuned for them^^

However, you aren't doing yourself any favors- T25's best match hands down is stock cams; or maybe some drop-in 256's to bump up the midrange performance.

If you can't afford a tune either, I recommend you park it, or get a set of stock cams for the time being.

As far as a tune goes its just it will just be a rom tune for the time being. A turbo setup with a full stand alone is 4-5k. Fuego I think Ive seen your car on base. You be a sensor?

I be a sensor indeed. I very rarely bring the 240 up there though

To answer an old thread,

The answer is two fold: Yes the car will run, no it won't idle very well.

With that also considered, if you're on a stock ECU, you'll be at the limits very quickly, even at OE boost. I know S3's with a all stock setup at 8psi will have everything (pump/maf/injectors) maxed with zero issue.

So yes, you can have them in and drive it without issue, just don't beat on it too crazily.
