I've got a ca18det using a mines chipped ecu and safc neo.
My problem has been that I seem to lose power after having driven the car for 20 minutes or so. At first everything feels fine, but it gradually gets worse/more noticeable until it gets to the point where I lose all power and can't even get it to move in first gear. Up until this, I've also noticed what feels like a drag in the crank or something since the car wants to decelerate quicker as I lose power.
I don't hear a misfire, and it doesn't sound like I've dropped a cylinder.
Since it started I've replaced ignition coils, check my ground for the coils, replaced and re gapped spark plugs, replaced fuel filter and tested pump, tried a friends ignitor, replaced the coolant temp sensor, checked dropping resistor with a multimeter, and did a compression test,
Here's my compression
1. Dry150wet165
2. Dry145/140wet145
3. Dry125wet130
4. Dry145wet153
Anyone have any ideas? Could it be an exhaust valve based off that third cylinder? Would a burnt exhaust valve even have the same symptoms I'm having?
