So I bought a 93 s13 coupe with a locked sr redtop, a local shop did the swap. Previous owner didn't change oil/take care of motor etc. I ordered a blacktop sr longblock and dropped the motor in. Well I ran all vacuum lines like the shop had previously done and it runs good, fpr teed into greddy bov, teed into wastegate.. Running stock ecu, injectors.. After research online I see the fpr needs a dedicated line as well as the bov, let alone the wastegate needing a feed source. Well I ran all vacuum lines like many threads said to do and it bogs out/dies, exhaust smells like fuel I guess it's running super rich like that.

Top right vacuum source on TB is running to fpr teed into the bov teed into wastegate. Top left source is running to boost gauge. Bottom source is capped. As I said before it seems to run fine like this. Can I just leave it alone?

NO!
Huge mistake! Top left nipple is for FPR only, I do mean ONLY!
Do not tee off any thing off the top left nipple!
The right nipple is for BOV, and you can tee off this for boost gauge.
The WG actuator needs a boost source, you probably need to make one.
It's easy just buy a boost source fitting, and tap into you're hot pipe.

The car bogs out at idle, fouls plugs, and it stinks of fuel when I run the vacuum lines like you just stated. I capped the hot pipe fitting and ran everything back like the shop had it prior and it seems to run fine.. It's strange

Can you post a pic?
You can tee the BOV/WG actuator all day long from a dedicated vacuum/boost source and be fine... Hell, you can tee the FPR too- it's just not smart because it opens your fuel supply up to additional potential points of failure; which for obvious reasons is a no-no.
