I noticed a small fuel leak today underneath the rear of my S13. Looked under and fuel seems to be dripping from a hose. I pulled the fuel pump cover to look at the lines to see if the hose clamps had gotten loose. They're snug and no fuel leaking there.
The leak only occurs when I turn the car on.
So I'm thinking the lines are old and need replacing, not a cracked tank.
Is it okay for me to drive around like this? Its only a couple drops every minute and doesn't seem TOO serious.
How should I go around about doing this? Can I get new hose from any auto shop? Jack the car up, pull lines, and fit in new hose?
Sorry, a big noob here. Thanks
