Ka24de high/unstable idle

Ok I have a problem with an unstable idle I've done research and read it could be the tps so I tested it and it tested good. Ok so here's my problem when unplugged it reads good 2ohms closed and 11 open but when I hook it up to the harness it reads 1.7ohms closed and like 7.8 open what could cause that? And is it normal??

I was having an issue with my TPS when I first did my swap and it read fine. The issue was that it wasn't properly calibrated; f you can get your hands on a DMM, it should be .5v closed(0% throttle) and 4.5v fully open (100% throttle). If that's not the issue, check all your vacuum hoses to make sure there isn't a leak(causes high idle).
