possibly steering rack is going bad

I'm not sure if it is, but my car pulls to the left. And when I turn the wheel slightly to the right, my steering wheel shakes really bad. It stops shaking after I'm taking a turn. Its not moticable at low speeds, mainly when I'm accelerating. Any ideas?
