Not sure. Are there any numbers stamped on the diff itself?

Are you looking for the rubber part that goes on top of the picture you posted?Like the one on the right side of this picture. Or does your diff "ear" look like the one on the left and you're looking for the whole entire bushing assembly.

If you're looking for the whole bushings assembly, it's easier to get solid bushings like stated before SPL,Stance,PSM and others make them. they should be under S14/Z32

A solid bushing? Yes. I have S14 solid bushings on my J30 diff.
S14/Z32/J30/Q45 all have interchangeable bushings.

If you post a picture of the entire diff it would be easier to Identify. From the picture you posted it's not a J30 diff since it doesn't have the abs sensor and the input shaft isn't short. Also definitely not a Q45.

My guess is it's an S14 but I need pictures of the whole diff.

Yes. Only difference is that J30/Z32 have a sleeve on the OEM bushing whereas the S14/R32 don't. So if your diff has a sleeve it sucks to take out.

J30/Z32 sleeve looks similar to this. (This is on a subframe, used for illustration pusposes)

S14/R32 bushings is just that. Pull out and replace.

Aren't the s13 diffs solid mounted to the subframe? No bushings. Ima look tomorrow at my spare diff.
