megan racing alt spacer size ????

ok here is the deal ... i bought a pulley set from fr-sport ... it came with 4 pulley Inside . (water pump , power steering , alt , ????)

when i instaled the power steering on the engine nothing was lining-up

i figure out the problem ... it was the right size compare to the stock one but was machined like a ka24de pulley :wtf: megan racing

if i flip the pulley (to make it fit for the sr configuration ), with how it was machined i couldnt bolt it . the shaft of the power steering pump wasnt long enough


so i machined down the exterior face of the pulley to have enough thread stiking out ... when i bolted the pulley for the first time , it wasnt seating right .... took my stock sr pulley and mesured the Inside spacer that was built-in the stock pulley (5mm)

from how my pulley was made i only had to do a 4mm spacer

now it perfect ...

here is my problem now


in the process to make the power steering pulley fit i lost my spacer for the alt pulley .

can anyone tell me what is the size of the sapcer !!! it would be a pita to figure that one out too
