Weird ECU issue KA24de swap

Okay guys I swapped in a 97 Ka24DE into my S13.

I did the harness and swapped over the dash connector and I did everything as the steps say.

When I put in the DOHC Ecu It doesnt even power on and no fuel pump prime and shit. BUT when i connect an SOHC ECU it powers on and fuel pump all that good stuff comes on. I did ground the black wire on the ecu harness and all grounds have been cleaned. Car will start with SOHC ecu but will not idle. Any1 know what could be causing this issue. I have 3 SOHC ECU's And all power on and work. I have 2 DOHC Ecus that both wont power on and i thought one might be dead so i bought another and the same issue. im thinking the issue lies somewhere else.

So, sohc chassis with a dohc swapped in?

You used a dohc s13 harness, yes?

Yes harness is from a DOHC.

Update. I went out and tried running a straight ground from the battery to the ECU and still no power. SOHC ECU starts the car sometimes and everything works once its in. Can any1 tell me which wires should have power on the ecu harness when the ignition is on and which are constant im gonna test the wiring.
