Hey Guys! I'm about to trade for a 98' 240sx with ka24de and was wondering what a good combination of boltons would be to to get me the most power. All that it has done to it is a machined flywheel.

I live in california so I want the engine to at least look CARB compliant. (So no sr and no turbo)
What I've come up with so far is to set it up with 248/232 cams, sr injectors, highflow exhaust, dyno tune, and if I can find one (probably wont), the hotshot CARB compliant header.

I guess I know what I want to do but if you were me what would you do differently?

Thanks

Smog your car so its good for a long time and just turbo it. KA's are the complete opposite of hondas when it comes to bolt ons. (They don't do much)

Look on craigslist and look how many sr 240's are on there. Its almost like 1 out of every 6 240's have an sr or are turbo'd. A lot of people do it and get away with it. I had my car turbo'd and drove around in cali for awhile. Just keep your stock parts to smog it when the time comes.
