Ka Help Needed!!

Ok so yesterday I was driving my 89 240 w/ a dohc swap from a 93 in it and it decided to shut off in the middle of the street. I started it back up and it died again. After that it took several tries too get it back started and I just lunched it home, on the way it started blowing white smoke(stopped after a mile or so) and it a bogging the whole way. So when I got home I was checking the starting system and liquid shot out of cylinder 3 as I was trying to start it. So I pulled off the valve cover and there was a white milky substance there just a little though. Any idea??

It sounds like you blew a head gasket but Im not positive. I'm not sure about "white" but when I hear someone say "milky substance" the first thing I think is that you're mixing oil and radiator fluid. I would start with getting it compression tested to see if you have any pressure in cylinder number 3.
