Hello,

I have an power loss problem, at 3000rpm and again at 4000rpm. At first it did this but it was not realy irritating or noticeable. Now I changed the air filter and it does the same but its realy irritating now. Its also coming worst, now my car losses power and also struggles to go at higher rpm. In first and second gear its less noticeable than kn thirth, fourth and fifth. Only when I'm full throttle its like this. This is an video of the symptom: Sr20det problem - YouTube (http://youtu.be/yBYV4dXhUIg) . I think its the fuel pump thats worn out.

Could someone tell me what they think the problem is, thanks for the help ;)

Did you check the timing? Did you check the afrs?

Get a timing light first. Also makes sure you have good plugs that are gapped to .028 and make sure the coil packs are grounded to the firewall

hey my sr is doing the same thing. it struggles really bad to get past 4k rpm, even in neutral. the timing is spot on. my pump isnt even a year old but i guess it wont hurt to get a new one.

Change the pump for an upgradet one, even when its not the pump its an upgrade that is usefull. Maybe sparkplugs? Because I didn't have problems at neutral, so it could be the ignition ..

Good luck ;)
