2 blown rear seals in a row. KA Inside.

So I finished my freshly rebuilt KA24DE. Put new seals, gaskets, rings, everything. Put the trans on a couple weeks ago and cranked the car. Oil started gushing out between the trans and the motor. Figured it was a faulty or damaged rear main seal so I took off the trans and replaced the seal. Cranked it today, same shit. Oil gushes out between the trans and motor. I'm sick of this problem cuz it's so time consuming. What can it be?

Did you use the right RTV for the seal plate to the block? Did you let it cure properly before filling it up? Is the crank surface scratched or gouged so the oil leaks out? Are you sure the motor is leaking and not the transmission?
