ka24e alternator problem

My car is not getting any charge from the alternator. It was working fine 2 days and I went to start my car and it wouldnt crank hard enough to turn over the engine. So obviously was just running off battery. Switched out the alternator for a good one jumped the car ran fine but still not holding a charge. I had a blown fuse not sure when it blew so I replaced that. Still not holding. Replace belt and nothing. Im stumped anyone have an idea?

ther should be a little plastic piece on the back of the alternator positive conection. if that breaks or you didnt put it on it will create this problem with the alternator.
