VQ35 Throttle Issues

I was looking to see if anyone out there can shine some light on this problem. I will try to be as detailed as possible in order to get the best feedback.

First of all its a 2005 VQ35DE in a 1996 S14.

Conversion Harness done by Raw Brokerage. NATS removal done by R/T Tuning.

So when I first connect the battery....the engine revs up and all systems are go. (Thismeans that both services stated above worked out fine.)

But after a few minute, the ecm starts to learn itself and goes into "Fail-Safe Mode" or Limp Mode.

At that point the engine wont rev past maybe 1500 rpm.

I have checked for codes and the one that seems to be the problem is P1124 which is "THROTTLE CONTROL MOTOR RELAY"

I have done some research and it seems that 350Z throttle bodies are know to go out and are often replaced.

I have tried to some throttle relearn procedures but without a CEL i dont really know if im doing it properly.

Ive also heared the it HAS to be done at the dealership with the CONSULT II.

Any type of positive input or advice is much appreciated. Thanx
