sr20 set up runs so so...reset fuel pressure?

just picked up a setup off a user on here 2 weeks ago.

set up now-sr20det redtop
rs tuned ecu
550cc dw injectors
z32 maf
t25/t28 hybrid turbo
fmic
full 3in exhaust
walbro 255

Question- do i need to reset the fuel pressure with these injectors installed?
i was running stock injectors with stock set up before

i had the z32 maf wired up both ways, both grounds to sr harness and second ground to chassis.

PROBLEM- car just seems to putt at idle... like its running rich

Do you have an adjustable regulator and a gauge to check fuel pressure? You need to make sure you're getting 43.5psi at idle with vacuum, 39 without vacuum.

Fuel presssure should be at factory settings unless the tuner specifically tuned for more. Normally its set to 3bar.
Next, SR tend to run rich, so as long as its not dumping fuel it shouldnt hurt it.

jr-22 yes i have adjustable fuel pressure regulator. it was set to what you said with my old 370cc injectors.
now i installed 550cc injectors, i think i need to adjust the fuel pressure again because of the 550cc injectors.
sound correct?

ultimateirving- just dont know if the fuel pressure could have dropped or raised due to the bigger injectors install.

gonna hook up a fpr gauge and reset fuel pressure tomorrow

Can you get access to a wideband or something to check lambda?

Just guessing on how it's running based on the sound it makes at idle is not really an accurate way of accessing the problem.

checked fuel pressure. it good. running 44psi with fuel pressure hose disconnected. little sputter in second. seems ok to drive...
