You are on zilvia, land of (mostly ) ricers and fanbois driving battleship earth height rotten cars (how to make friends 101: call everyone retards :o )
Ok they are not all like that. But i cant think of anyone here that would need that kind of fueling system ...
Maybe you should try your luck on NRR. It looks like you are going for some serious power here. Any build thread / objective ?

Ok... Well, heres the info on my build
-95 S14 Swap with fully stock Auto Aristo 2jzgte swap
-Precision 6776 Turbo
-AEM V2
-completely stock motor.
-built auto tranny from boost logic w/3800 stall.
-4bar map sensor
-FIC2000cc injectors
Now yes, i know we are on zilvia.net and yes i am looking for some power because I know stock 2jzgte motors are monsters and can make easy hp and realiable.!. Anyways, I'm shooting between 600-700hp. Now, I am wondering has anyone use the in-tank walbro 416lph fuel pump in the 240's.? And also will i have to do any modifications to hook up the fuel pump into the tank. Anyone that has done the walbro 400 let me know if there is any modifications that I will need to do in order to make it work.

Im using a 400 for e85, won't support that power unless you direct wire it. Maybe 600 but probably not 700, twin 255's would be a better choice.

I also would suggest twins on a higher hp e85 car.

I have this pump in my EVO with ID2000 injectors. It supported 515AWHP on e85 on my 2.0 4G63. I'm putting in a 2.4L now but it will be on pump gas, this pump will easily support 500AWHP on pump gas. I heard the limit on e85 is 550-600HP. Not sure though. My tuner says he's never maxed one out.

Thanks for letting me know about your experience with the 416 pump. hmmm.. so has anyone try using 2 of these pumps in there set up and is that possible?

NP. There are some BIG power EVO guys (+800HP) using dual 416lhp walboros. Most guys use dual 255s. Dual 255s will get to 800HP on e85. Above that you'll need dual 416s.

If it is possible has anyone in here try running with dual in-tank walbro 416 pumps in there s14? I'm kinda leaning towards that route now.. lol..

We have aftermarket pump hangars that facilitate the dual pumps. Not sure what a 240sx pump hangar looks like but I know DSM guys do the same thing with dual in tanks.
