Idle Problems KA24DE

I have a 93 dual cam in my 95 and I'm having some idle problems. It idles are 1100 and it drives fine. When I put it in neutral while I'm coasting it starts to surge a bit. And I went to time it with the tps unplugged but when I start the car with it unplugged but the car idles around 2500. I waited for it to lower down after a little bit even though the car was warm but it would randomly start to accelerate so I just turn the car off. Any ideas? I deleted my egr.

Your idle is too high for one, should be around 700. Check my sig to adjust your idle the right way.

So I should do that even with the tps being like that?

Is your car 5spd swapped? Just follow my instructions and see if that fixes it, also try timing it after you get the idle as low as you can.

The engine was an from an auto but my car was original and still is 5 speed.

Did you give any try to timing and adjusting idle. Also you can try replacing your TPS.
