So like the title says i need help with a xcessive intake mani for a ka24de. The problem im having is the stock fuel rail, it dosent seem to line up when torqued down. I search all over seeing if someone else had the same problem but nothing. If you have had the same problem or know how to overcome it that would be great. My main issues is vac leak. the o rings they supply to seal the fuel rail dont look like that will work.

Send an email to Rich at Xcessive. He's pretty good with customer tech support.
Are you using the rail spacers (little black nylon bushings from stock rail)? Could be the issue.

Thanks for the reply ... i think i might of fixed it . I add a 1.35mm washer on top of the aluminum spacer and it seemed to line it up. All 3 of the intakes i have dont have a nylon bushing unless you are talking about the rubber gourmet the fuel rail sits in, in that case it would not work with those.:)

No I was talking about the little black nylon bushings that function as spacers & vibration dampers where the rail bolts on:

EDIT: Pic added. My rail & mani aren't stock (obviously lol), but the spacers themselves came from my stock rail. Maybe the KA doesn't have them? Been awhile since I pulled mine out.
Glad you fixed it.

Im hoping it will . Have you every heard of some one running a pt63 on here or another site. I think i might be the first. The turbo is rated for 690hp . I bought it from a guy that had it on a supra putting 500 to the wheel im just hoping there isnt much turbo lag for being so big.
