Car is a 95 s14. Motor is completely rebuilt including all machine work and valve job, etc etc. New oil pump, new chain, pistons, valve stem seals, etc.
Issue I'm having is at startup. The car will flood out. If you pull the fuel pump fuse it will start, after it dies, plug the fuse back in and it will start and run. If you go to WOT it dies, but if you ease into it, it'll go all the way to redline without dying or flooding and will idle.
Things I've checked and KNOW are working correctly:
MAF sensor is functioning and is clean
TPS sensor(brand new and set correctly)
Timing
Timing chain
Throttle body is clean
Fuel pressure is 40-45psi
New fuel filter
New injectors and FPR
New spark plugs/wires
The ONLY thing I've done is EGR delete. There's a sensor(black) on the back of the head, but there is no connector anywhere on the harness for it. I have the lines circulating the way it shows in the EGR delete thread.
Kind of at a loss with this thing at the moment so any help is greatly appreciated.
